Apparently, the heiress met Upshaw two days ago and then they were spotted making out over the weekend. They were seen PDAing at a beach in Malibu.

Hilton and Upshaw were introduced during the second anniversary party of DT Model Management. The event was held at the Pump Restaurant in West Hollywood.

Rumors say that Upshaw is just a rebound since Hilton recently broke up with River Viiperi. Sources say however that things are not completely done yet between Viiperi and Hilton.

However, with the hot pics of Hilton kissing Upshaw, she might have already moved on. Sources also claim that Upshaw is better than Viiperi since Upshaw is older and that this is good for Hilton.

The ex, Viiperi, is 22 years old and the current boyfriend, Upshaw, is 28 years old. Only five years younger than Hilton. Which means that the relationship might be heading toward a more mature direction.

An update for Hilton is her latest commercial for Carl’s Jr., a fast food chain. Hilton is definitely back to wearing bikinis and flaunting her assets.
