In Sunday night's teaser, Kim was shown hearing the news first during an appointment with her doctor. Soon after, Kim told her sister Khloe about the good news.
"I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!" Kim told Khloe, as seen in the clip.
News of Kim's second pregnancy came definitely as a good one since the couple has been struggling to grow their family after North West, who is turning two this June.
The soon-to-be mother of two admitted how difficult it was for her to conceive and shared her eagerness of having a second baby despite the challenges.
Kim also shared to E! News Kanye's frustrations about their efforts in growing their family.
"We are trying. We try every single day," Kim said. "You can't try harder than we try," she admitted.
Kim also added that trying for baby no. 2 was not as fun as trying for baby no. 1. They even considered using a surrogate to conceive their second child.
"I think if it came to that point, but we've trying for over a year and I would maybe wait a couple of years until that point happened," Kim told E!.
The reality TV personality also went candid about the troubles her body had undergone while getting pregnant.
"It was really hard for me to accept that the body changes, and I was having a different kind of pregnancy than (sister) Kourtney did," Kim said in a 2013 episode. "She made it look really easy, but ever since the baby started to kick I've really embraced it. Now I love being pregnant."
Meanwhile, Kanye West, 37, has reportedly changed for the better since daughter North was born.
"A lot of people worry that being a dad will take away from work or couplehood, but Kanye has gotten better at everything since he's become a dad," according to Kim K's personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson.
Kanye previously shared his feelings to Kris Jenner in an episode, saying, "I have two really special people to live for [...] A whole family to live for."
As of the moment, the celebrity couple are thrilled to become soon-to-be parents of two.
"Kim and Kanye love being parents," according to an insider close to the family. "And they love spending as much time as they can at home with the family."
Nori, or North West, was born June 15, 2013, in Los Angeles. Her birth had been a rocky pregnancy and highly publicized one for the most famous member of the Kardashian clan.
In the blog "Romy & the Bunnies," Kim gushed about her firstborn and her excitement to become a mom. Kim and Kanye wed on May 24, 2014, at Forte di Belvedere in Florence, Italy, a little more than a year after baby North's birth.
