Good news to all gaming fans, new patch updates for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" have been revealed for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the PC.

According to GearNuke, the game's publisher CD Projekt RED revealed the details for "Witcher 3's" patch 1.04 and 1.05. The new patch notes will be able to fix a huge amount of glitches and bugs found within the game such as missing XP upgrades, camera stutters, crashes in loading saved games and more.

Many players have encountered several previous errors, and new ones in the PS4, Xbox One and in the PC. Players complained about not getting experience points and leveling up after completing level 6 type missions within the game, The Christian Post reported.

It further adds that "Witcher 3's" patch updates will be available starting today, June 1, 2015 in the PC; however, GamingBolt reported that the patch update might happen on Tuesday or Wednesday, where it further adds that patch updates for the PS4 and Xbox One will follow through after the PC version.

Marcin Mormoth, Community Manager for CD Projekt RED, has posted the patch notes in "Witcher 3's" official game forum.

It can be noted that the previous patch 1.03 note has help fixed the game's frame rate in the Xbox One console. From its initial 30fps, several players noticed some stutters in its frame rate, but with the help of patch 1.03 update, it refreshes all forces in the a single rate that resulted in a smoother and much better frame rate within game.

The PS4 version has also received the same patch treatment, although it is not as impressive as its Xbox One counterpart. The patch 1.03 lowers the stutter frequency of the game. It also shows a cutback in the frame drops, meaning the optimization process in the PS4 has been increased although there some glitches still present in the patch.

Although both consoles received the latest patch update, the Xbox One console has an advantage over the PS4 due to its more balanced operating systems, and shows less stutters than before.

It was previously reported that a new DLC update will be available for "Witcher 3," which includes a new side quest and an alternate costume for Yennefer.
