A lot of South Korean stars are making a name for themselves in China. Aside from Lee Min Ho and Kim Soo Hyun, the latest addition to Korean stars to make it big in China is Nana of the girl pop group, After School. Nana, Im Jin-Ah, is set to star in the romantic comedy film, "Go Lala Go."
The announcement was officially made and reported by Soompi. Pledis Entertainment, Nana's management agency, stated that she would star alongside renowned Chinese stars, Vic Zhou (F4) and Ariel Lin. It is unclear as to what role Nana would play, but the report stated she would take on one of the lead roles.

"Nana has already started filming the movie, and the filming is expected to go on until the beginning of July. She is currently focusing on commercials and movies, but we are also planning to have variety show appearances in the future," revealed Nana's agency, Pledis.
"Go Lala Go" is a modern take on Cinderella. Rather than adventures in castles, Go Lala will be taking on adventures inside the office. The said film is not the first venture of Nana in China. Nana made a name for herself in China all thanks to the Chinese remake of "Love Weaves Through a Millenium." It was thanks to the said drama that Nana finally made her dream of acting come true.
"It's a precious chance which helped me make my dream come true. I always wanted to act and it's wonderful finally being an actress," shared Nana in a report by KPopStarz.
The announcement made by Pledis now gives Nana's fans a reason as to why she was photographed late in May with the Taiwanese actor, Vic Zhou. Nana posted a selfie along with Vic on her Weibo account with the caption, "I'm filming in Shanghai right now, what about you?" The drama may have already began shooting in May and as Pledis had announced, would continue on by July.
Fans of Nana will have to wait for more updates regarding her upcoming drama. For now, fans will also have to wait for further information which the Korean actress may share on her Weibo account.
