Sean Murphy, an 18-year-old man accused of raping a 17-year-old young woman during the Keith Urban concert, has pleaded innocent.
The concert was held at the Xfinity Center in Massachusetts last July 26. It has been reported that there were around fifteen people who gathered while Murphy was having coitus with the girl. Those who gathered took pictures and videos of the incident.

One of the spectators was told by the girl that it was not consensual. Murphy was then arrested upon finding out about this. Murphy admitted that he drank liquor and beer and claimed that the coitus was indeed consensual. Upon pleading innocent last Wednesday, Murphy is expected to pay US$10,000 as bail.
Murphy's lawyer said that the girl did not post allegations regarding usage of force or violence. However, the act was held in a public place.
The incident was claimed to have started while the girl and Murphy were drinking. They started kissing and Murphy allegedly led the girl outside of the concert center. According to the issued report, when Murphy led the girl away, she did not protest because apparently she was scared.
Murphy's lawyer also noted that Murphy regrets the said incident. He also said that the girl was not intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Murphy apparently has no criminal records.
The video of the incident has been posted on YouTube. Keith Urban has reportedly said this statement about the incident: "Gosh, up on the lawn tonight, that was nutso. It was so cool."
Murphy will be back in court on the 25th of September.
There were around 18,000 people who attended the concert. Earlier reports claimed that a lot of people were arrested because they were drunk and allegedly around 40 people were rushed to the hospital because of alcohol-related matters.
