While UFO sightings continue to stir fear of the unknown, they also pique man's interest and excitement over the endless possibilities of having otherworldly beings thriving on planet Earth.
Just last week, two UFO sightings were documented in separate instances and place: one was seen swiftly flying over New York City and another was spotted slowly flying across San Antonio skies.

According to UFO Sightings Daily, Orlando Bosca, a man who is fond of watching NYC cameras and recording anything suspicious, was the one who spotted the mysterious unidentified flying object in New York.
Bosca managed to document the UFO sighting by taking pictures of the alien object as it quickly passed through New York. Its speed is too fast for it to be considered a blimp.

Meanwhile, in San Antonio, Texas, another UFO sighting was documented when a "slow moving, tubular-shaped object" was spotted almost 200 feet off the ground.
The sighting, which took place on June 7 at 9:35 p.m., is now referred to as Case 66253, Open Minds has learned.
Based on the statement of an eyewitness to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database, the unidentified flying object was 10 times as long as it was wide. Not only that, the alien object was moving at 30 to 40 mph due west and "50 feet south of the eastbound 1604 feeder road."
"The spacecraft had three solid colored lights of different colors at what appeared to be front, center, and rear," the witness to the San Antonio UFO sighting said.
"In addition to low vehicle noise, there almost seemed to be a momentary reduction or even absence of noise. Stunned, I turn into a parking lot neighboring Paisano's, however the foliage renders the craft unavailable for a photo shoot," the witness added.
The recent sighting comes a week after another citizen reported about seeing a huge cigar-shaped UFO flying across the sky and vanishing quickly when it moved into a dark cloud.
Interestingly, because more and more UFO sightings have been documented in the U.S., a data visualization expert, John Nelson, mapped all of the unexplained appearances for the past 90 years.
Nelson used statistics from the National UFO Reporting Centre pertaining to mysterious sightings, with emphasis on the time and day when the unexplained appearances were spotted, reports Daily Mail.
Through Nelson's effort, it was found that the most common UFO sightings in the U.S. are those of fireballs, while the rarest accounted for the egg-shaped aircraft.
Additionally, Nelson also established that the areas where there are high chances of UFO sightings comprised Arizona, Maine, Nevada, Washington and New Mexico, where the famous Roswell incident took place back in 1947.
Finally, Nelson's map revealed that July is the month when many UFO sightings are being documented; hence, the month is considered the peak of the unexplained sightings.
