In an industry where there are no secrets, Alicia Keys and husband Swizz Beatz managed to keep this news under wraps.

R&B Alicia Keys took to Instagram to announce that she is soon going to be a mother of two.

Not only did the singer post an anniversary message to her husband, hip-hop artist Swizz Beatz, she also announced that there's a little one on the way.

Keys uploaded a photo of herself, wearing a white Grecian dress and cradling her baby bump, standing beside her beaming husband. The couple was all smiles, a sweet family photo befitting the happy announcement.

 "Happy Anniversary to the love of my life @therealswizzz!! And to make it even sweeter we've been blessed with another angel on the way!! You make me happier than I have ever known! Here's to many many more years of the best parts of life!" Keys wrote.

Swizz Beatz also posted a picture from the same photo shoot on his Instagram account, with a caption that showed that he was equally excited to be adding a new member to their family.

He wrote, "Love is life & life is love and we're so excited for another GIFT from up above Happy Anniversary my Goddess 4 years of greatness & cheers to 100 plus more inshallah."

Keys revealed in a 2012 interview that motherhood has made her change her priorities and perspective. Keys said that she used to just focus on her career before she became a mother. She shared that her son turned her into a different person. Her focus shifted to spending time with her family and less on the road to tour.

Last November, the singer revealed that they wanted more children and that they do think that there will be another child for them in the future.

Keys laughed when she was asked if son Egypt Daoud Dean wanted another sibling. "I bet he does. Not right now, but never say never!" she stated.

The couple was married in 2010 and their son Egypt was born in October of the same year.

Swizz Beatz has three other children from his previous relationships.
