According to Skolkova, the 20-year old singer seemed "drunk" and didn't even have a reservation. Skolkova believes that Bieber, knowing that Bloom was in the establishment, only entered the restaurant to "provoke" the "Lord of the Rings" star.
Skolkova shared that she was dining with some friends at a table next to Bloom and Leonardo DiCaprio's before the fight occurred on Tuesday night.
"Bieber did not even have a table at that restaurant. I don't know why he came there. I think it was to provoke. There was no preparation for his table," she stated.
If the establishment knew Bieber was coming, they would have prepared adequate security for him.
Skolkova said she only noticed Bieber when people started taking photographs as he came in. He then saw him walk up to DiCaprio and whisper something in his ear. "And Leo went like (brushing gesture with hands) like, 'I don't care what you say'. Yeah ... he flicked him away," she shared.
When DiCaprio ignored him, the pop star got furious at DiCaprio and Bloom. Bloom then got up and started running after Bieber, which prompted Bieber to jump on a sofa. Bloom's anger was said to have been sparked on by something Bieber had said about Bloom's former wife, Miranda Kerr.
That's when security came, Skolkova narrated. She said security thought everything had calmed down until an angry Bloom approached walked up to Bieber again and tried punching him.
After Bieber left Cipriani's, the crowd was said to applaud Bloom's attempt at punching the notorious singer - Bloom's pal, DiCaprio, was one of those cheering him on.
