In the show, the artists discussed about health and diseases that commonly occur among women. A doctor, who was also a special guest in the show, discussed the adverse effects of birth control pills in women.

In that episode of 'Healthy 007', the guest doctor mentioned that inappropriate dosages of birth control pills could have very bad effects on women's body.

Having broached the subject, the 'Bad Sister' actress, who also played a role in Jackie Chan's 'The Medallion', spilled that, in the past, she had to undergo surgery due to a growth in her ovary. Christy Chung stated that it was due to her consumption of birth control pills.

She assured the audience and her supporters that she was in good health by saying, "But it has been removed via surgery!"

The 43-year old actress is a mother of three. Christy Chung gave birth to her last child, a daughter named Cayla Janie Yen, from her second marriage in 2010. Despite this, she has maintained her good shape for the past years.

The Chinese-Vietnamese actress is widely considered as a sex symbol in the industry and giving birth to her first child in 1998 has hurt her career due to stereotypes that mothers cannot play such a role. The actress still maintained her sexy image anyway.

In 2005, Christy Chung was named the ambassador of Pink Ribbon, an organization which deals with breast cancer awareness.

The guest doctor in the show gave advice to which the actress listened well to. In turn, she promised to be more conscious of her health and subject herself to regular check-ups.
