Good news gaming fans as new updates for "Street Fighter 5" have been revealed regarding details on the beta test and new game details at the Anime Expo 2015.

According to IGN, Capcom has revealed several details on "Street Fighter 5" beta test for the PlayStation 4, which will start on July 23, 2015. Duack Shockers further adds that gamers in the United States can obtain the beta keys for "Street Fighter 5" by pre-ordering the game through several retailer shops like Amazon, GameStop, Best Buy and in the PlayStation Network.

Gamers will receive an email containing the beta key of the game on July 20, while for gamers who have pre-ordered via PSN, they will not have to redeem the beta key as they will automatically download "Street Fighter 5," IGN reported.

Ecumenical News reported that gamers who are residing in other countries can apply to "Street Fighter 5" Beta test by simply signing up in the game's official website, as the PC users can access the beta test by pre-ordering the game online via Steam and it will start during the fall this year.

IGN further adds that sing-ups for the "Street Fighter 5" beta test will end on July 15. Applications for the PS Plus members will be available from July 9-14, and Japan participants will have to submit their applications between July 8-13.

Capcom confirmed that there will be six playable characters present in "Street Figher 5" beta which include Ryu, Chun Li, M. Bison, Charlie Nash, Birdie and Cammy White.

In other news, Denkiphile reported that Capcom will be announcing new game details for "Street Fighter 5" at this year's Anime Expo from July 2-5 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Capcom Community Manager Peter "Combifiend" Rosas has confirmed this to the gaming fans via email as they are expecting new characters, gameplay and possibly an official launch date for the game.

The Verge also reported that "Street Fighter 5" will have cross-platform gameplay between the PS4 and PC versions. It was heavily rumored that "Street Fighter 5" will be released on March 2016 for the PS4 and PC;however, Yibada reportedly claimed that the game will be out in the first quarter of 2016,
