Spotted! Kaley Cuoco a.k.a Penny from the 'Big Bang Theory' was seen leaving the gym after a yoga session somewhere in Los Angeles.

Cuoco seems to have been working out a lot lately and it is paying off! Those abs of hers are to die for and she seems not so stressed out even if the contract dispute for the show is still ongoing.

Cuoco was pictured wearing a multi-colored bralet which made her abs even more evident. She was carrying her yoga mat while she was apparently waiting for someone.

Cuoco was reported to have not shown up for their first day of work for the eighth season of the hit show earlier this week.

Sources also said that she, together with Jim Parsons and Johnny Galecki, is asking for a raise in her salary per episode.

The figures mentioned were from US$325,000, she wants to get paid a million dollars per episode.

Sources also said that the three top actors wanted more than an increase. They were reported to be asking for a larger share with regards to the profit they are getting in the show.

These three top actors are getting 0.25% but no reports yet on how much more they want.

Aside from Cuoco, Parsons, and Galecki, Simon Helberg and Kunnal Nayar were also reported to be asking for a raise. However, it has not been known to the public how much the other two are asking for.

If and when Warner Bros. TV would be agreeing to their demands, Kaley Cuoco will be the highest paid actress on TV.

Sofia Vergara is reported to be the highest paid actress as of now. As for the males, Ashton Kutcher of Two and  a Half Men is the highest paid actor on TV.

No further reports yet have been issued regarding the start of the production of Big Bang Theory's season 8.
