On Wednesday, Bobbi Kristina Brown's court-appointed representative, Bedilia Hargrove, filed a $10 million civil suit in Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia against her ex, Nick Gordon.
In this latest Bobbi Kristina Brown update, the lawsuit claimed that Gordon has stolen money from Brown several times and that he had physically and emotionally abused her.

Hargrove accused Gordon of assault, battery, unjust enrichment and conversion, as well as intentional infliction of emotional distress, according to The Associated Press.
In the complaint, Gordon, 19, allegedly transferred large amounts of cash routinely from her accounts to his without the knowledge of Bobbi Kristina, 22.
The complaint also said that Gordon misrepresented his relationship with Brown and that he had been violent toward her before she was found unconscious in her bathtub.
The suit claimed that since Gordon saw himself as Brown's "husband," he has used this fake designation in order to "control Brown and limit with whom she could interact." Gordon was able to answer Brown's personal calls, clear her appointments, and accessed her money, all in "a scheme to benefit from her wealth."
Gordon had also apparently taken more than $11,000 from Brown's account after the bathtub incident.
The most shocking allegation of all is that prior to the day Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious in her bathtub, she was supposed to "confide to someone" that Gordon was "not the man she thought he was." She was about to meet with someone on January 31, 2015, to discuss her fears, but she never made it to the rendezvous.
Instead, Bobbi Kristina Brown allegedly became involved in a loud argument with Gordon on the morning of January 31. After the argument, Brown was found facedown and unresponsive in the bathtub of her home, with her "mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out."
Gordon could not be reached for comments, but he tweeted recently, saying, "We keep praying, she has fought hard this long don't give up hope," cited People.
On Wednesday, the same day that the lawsuit was filed, the 22-year-old's family announced that she will be transferred into hospice care, reported The Daily Beast.
"Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition has continued to deteriorate. As of today, she has been moved into hospice care," according to a statement from the family. "We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God's hands now."
Bobbi Kristina Brown is the daughter of singer Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown.
