Lady Gaga was carrying an adorable accessory when she posed as cover girl for Harper Bazaar's September 2014 issue.

The Chanel-clad pop diva was clutching Asia, her French bulldog, while posing for Icons, a high-fashion feature project of former Vogue Paris editor Carine Roitfield.

The 28-year-old musician was photographed for the project together with 18 other celebrities such as Penelope Cruz, Cindy Crawford, and Claudia Schiffer, among others.

The "Born This Way" singer was looking extra chic while wearing a classic Chanel suit, mini-skirt, bra top, a hat that matched the pink ensemble, and fishnet stockings over her legs.

A wild wig added to Gaga's dramatic look, with the long blonde locks flowing down to her hips while brown brows highlighted her face despite extra light make-up.

The singer sat down with Karl Lagerfeld, the head designer and creative director of fashion house Chanel, with their pets as one of their main subjects.

Lagerfeld suggested a play date for Gaga's pup, Asia, and his popular fluffy feline, Choupette. The Mother Monster was thrilled about the opportunity and said, "They most certainly must meet! Asia is very sweet and calm. She would be very gentle with Choupette."

The fashion designer also asked the pop diva if her pet pup has a maid like his spoiled cat does. Gaga admitted that Asia has no personal maid yet but that she loves to make her little presents and homemade puppy food.

From famed pets to fashion, Lagerfeld also asked Gaga about her next fashion "trip" to which the singer responded: "I've been recently enjoying looking far and wide for the best vintage fashion I can find. Clothing with a story, a past."

She also added that her latest trip is to connect to women throughout history by fashion and to wear clothes which she feels is "carrying the spirit of previous fashionistas".
