After Taiwanese singer Elva Hsiao announced her break up with actor Kai Ko, she has indirectly admitted that she was involved in a new relationship with Singaporean heir Elroy Cheo. One more, rumor has it that the two are taking their relationship a step further with the heir introducing the singer to his mother.

On July 30, Wednesday, Taiwanese actor and singer Vanness Wu, who is also the brother-in-law of Elroy Cheo, arranged a surprise birthday party for his wife, Arissa Cheo at Elva Hsiao's fashion store. Said rumored couple attended the event.

According to reports, the two stars didn't manage to take photos together as men and women were arranged to take photos separately during the party, but the 34-year old singer was able to meet Elroy and Arissa Cheo's mother who was also present at the event.

After her break up with Taiwanese actor Kai Ko the previous month, the singer was linked romantically to Elroy Cheo and at an event last July 26, she had admitted that she was in a relationship with him. In said event, Elva Hsiao expressed her wish to get to know her new boyfriend better.

The two were said to be keeping in touch every day despite being in different places. Elroy was based in China while the singer has a career in Taiwan.

As for her recent break up, Elva Hsiao has been very gracious about it when answering questions on interviews. The 34-year old actress stated that if she ever bumped into her ex-boyfriend, she would politely ask after him.

The singer also said that she didn't regret anything with Kai Ko and also treasured her moments with him.

Additionally, the photos taken at Arissa Cheo's birthday party showed that it was a star-studded event which included Hong heiresses Emily and Elly Lam, local artist Ann Kok and Rigel Davis who was rumored to have been the third party in Elva Hsiao's relationship with Kai Ko.

Despite that, the two seemed to be happy and having a good time together while posing in the photos.

Whether the rumors that the couple is taking their relationship to the next level is true or not has yet to be confirmed by the singer and the heir.
