The 27-year old actress has treated her brother and some of his friends to a vacation to Taiwan after his graduation. Following his arrival to the country, the gas explosion happened which made Samantha Ko very worried especially since she couldn't locate him.
The actress said that she has given her brother social network adapters in order for him to be contacted easily, but during that time, she couldn't even contact him and her brother was not responding to any of her messages.
Samantha Ko reportedly suffered from insomnia from too much anxiety over her younger brother. After some time, Samantha's brother answered her and told her that he and his friends were all safe and that the hotel he was staying at was quite far from the explosion site.
