It looks like new updates for the "WWE 2K16" game have been revealed regarding the total number of WWE Superstars present in the sequel, along with five other wresrlers joining the list.

According to Tech Times, "WWE 2K16" will have over 120 wrestlers as the game's developer tweeted that the game's roster list is the biggest roster they have ever had in the franchise history.

Certainly a huge step for "WWE 2K16's" development as Attack of the Fanboy noted that the previous WWE video game titles had only 90 to 100 WWE Superstars present in each game and it includes the DLC wrestlers.

The website further adds that "WWE 2k16's" roster could reach a total of 150 wrestlers if they include DLC packs within the game, but that would depend on how many new wrestlers will join both WWE and its developmentatl branch NXT.

Wrestlezone reported that gaming fans were a bit confused regarding the tweet made by "WWE 2K16" developer as they speculate that they might see other versions of the wrestler or they will be available via DLC pack.

However, the developer made it clear that they will not include different persona's of the same wrestler so players need not worry about having John Cena's rapper persona or Undertaker's America Badass biker in the game, Tech Times noted.

As for the list of WWE Superstars, International Business Times reported that 2K Games has already revealed six wrestlers that are joining the list such as Daniel Bryan, "The Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose, Bad News Barret, Paige, Finn Balor and current WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins.

However, the website noted that there are other WWE Superstars that are rumored to be included in the list which includes Samoa Joe, CM Punk, Rey Mysterio, Alberto Del Rio, Hornswoggle, "HBK" Shawn Michaels, Heath Slater, Tatanka, Yokozuna, Owen Hart and Terry Funk.

CrossMap previously reported that a number of WWE wrestlers were leaked online via Wikipedia and some of the names mentioned were The Great Khali, Bret Hart, British Bulldog, Goldberg, John Cena, Sasha Banks, Sting, Sheamus, Roman Reigns, Rusev, Zack Ryder, Ultimate Warrior, Doink The Clown, Brock Lesnar and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin.

There are also rumors that ECW alumnis Sabu, Rhyno and Sandman are added in the list as well as Kurt Angle and "Mr Perfect" Curt Hennig being part of the Legends roster section.

"WWE 2K16" will be released on Oct. 27, 2015 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
