It might really be over for Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick this time. With the alleged split, the oldest Kardashian sister wants full custody of their three kids.

Their relationship has been on and off over the years. Their life was also documented in details thanks to their reality TV show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." But this time, Kourtney and Scott's rumored breakup might be the real deal. Hollywood Life reported that Kourtney allegedly threatened the father of her kids that he will no longer be able to see the children after another cheating incident.

According to the celebrity gossip website, Kourtney finally reached her breaking point when Scott reportedly spent four days at a New York City hotel with a 21-year-old female. It seems like Scott would find himself either in a cheating scandal, in rehab, or out partying too hard, and Kourtney would always take him in. But sources said that the 36-year-old mother of three had enough.

"She called Scott after the story about his latest infidelity came out and told him he'll never see his kids again. Her team of lawyers has been notified that she's gearing up to fight for full custody of their children, too," reported She Knows.

Another source told Celebrity Dirty Laundry that Kourtney feels the need to protect her children from their dad who is not behaving like a father. With the rumored custody battle, Disick might not even stand a chance given his faulty track record.

"They had their biggest fight ever. Kourtney feels she has no choice but to fight for full custody of the kids, unless he can behave like a real dad. Realistically, Scott doesn't stand a chance in a custody battle," a source said.

Kourtney broke up and got back together with Scott many times than the public can count. But the reality star might be coming into terms that she and the kids deserve better. It can be noted that Scott was also rumored to cheating with Kourtney's sister, Kendall. The 32-year-old allegedly proposed to the young model while drunk.

"She knows she and her kids deserve better. Kourtney is finally ready to let go," the soured added.
