With Jimmy Fallon hospitalized, it isn't only his fans who are worried but his family as well, which include two baby daughters and a doting wife.
Fortunately, Jimmy Fallon hospitalized is nothing to ponder much about as the actor and entertainer appears to be recovering well.
"He's totally fine but we'll be airing a repeat," according to a message on the show's Twitter account.
Jimmy Fallon's left hand injury took place at his apartment early Friday morning, his rep said. The "gruesome" break, as described by NewsMaxHealth, will now allow the star to recover with plenty of time before production for "The Tonight Show" begins again.
In 2009, Fallon replaced Conan O'Brien who was host of the show "Late Night." In 2014, Fallon became host of "The Tonight Show", the flagship late-night talk show owned by Comcast Corp. He replaced Jay Leno as the talk show's host.
While fans of the show wondered what would take place on the next episode, Fallon's attempts at preventing a spoiler was thwarted by Wahlberg, who reportedly broke down a cameo from Tom Brady.
The Friday show was supposed to feature guests Benicio Del Toro, Taylor Kitsch, and comedians Penn & Teller.
There has been no mention of Fallon's agenda for the following week, according to Rapid News Network. With Jimmy Fallon hospitalized, the taping for the Friday episode of "The Tonight Show" had been canceled.
Instead, NBC decided to air a rerun, reported iFreePress. The rerun was announced via Twitter while Jimmy Fallon was hospitalized, two hours following his surgery.
The tweet added that ticket holders for the taping Friday will be contacted instead, for a reschedule.
Fans are now looking forward the next Friday episode, as it is that time of the week in particular that Fallon makes weekly comedy "Thank You Notes."
In spite of recent events and with Jimmy Fallon hospitalized, the comedian decided to stick with seeing the bright side of things.
On Twitter, the 40-year-old tweeted that he tripped at home and "caught my fall (good thing)!", adding the hashtags "#drugged and #blessed."
Apparently, when Fallon fell, his finger caught the side of the table and was almost ripped off.
As of Thursday, a representative for "The Tonight Show" said that the actor is doing "totally fine."
By Friday afternoon, Fallon was still hospitalized but he was able to tweet a photo showing his heavily bandaged hand. He also went into details of what happened with the fall, claiming that the injury took place following Thursday's taping , according to NewsMaxHealth.
Fallon thanked his fans for their well wishes.
I'm doing well and thanks for good wishes everyone.
