After years of not being seen together, ex-lovers Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas stepped out over the weekend for a reunion dinner with friends.

It looks like Nick Jonas has no trouble moving on from his recent breakup with former Miss Universe title holder Olivia Culpo. The singer was spotted with his ex-flame Selena Gomez over the Fourth of July weekend in a restaurant in Los Angeles.

According to a report from Seventeen, the former Disney stars had a little reunion dinner at Osteria Mamma in Los Angeles. Onlookers claimed that the two gave each other a hug before heading in the restaurant and getting a table in the back.

"It was a little awkward in the beginning . . . and then their friends arrived," a source said on Page Six.

Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez dated back in the late part of 2000 when they were label mates for Hollywood Records. Now after several relationships that they had during their time apart, Disney fans are hopeful that the little reunion could help rekindle their romance.

The "Jealous" singer has recently called it quits with Olivia Culpo over rumors that she is distracting him from his career. A source told OK! Magazine that the singer is trying to move on from the beauty queen, but Culpo is determined to win him back.

"She's been trying to text him and trying to see if that will mend their relationship and he's not having it. He's trying to move on," said the source. "She wanted him to stay home more instead of traveling for his job. He's working on his new album and he's got a new movie role that he's about to announce. He's pretty much booked solid."

Meanwhile, Selena is also single and available following her rumored romance with DJ Zedd. She recently answered rumors thrown by Diplo claiming that her relationship with Zedd was fake. The "Come And Get It" singer said that what she had with the DJ was real. Selena also recently released a new track with a title "Good For You," which is doing a pretty good job on the charts.
