In this Bobbi Kristina Brown update, it is reported that the decision to ban the Brown family effective immediately has been collectively made by Bobbi Kristina's estate guardians.
TMZ says the guardians also know who the culprit is, as the security team is pretty confident who it is. Yet, at this point, no names have been released.
In a TMZ report, the culprit was said to have been selling the photos to the highest bidder among websites and magazines, including TMZ and Entertainment Tonight.
According to ET, the seller also requested payment amounting to $100,000 for the Bobbi Kristina Brown deathbed photos.
While the Bobbi Kristina Brown deathbed photos have not been released by media outlets, there are re-enactment pictures circulating in the internet.
This Bobbi Kristina Brown update reports the Brown family banned, but this doesn't affect Bobbi Kristina's father, Bobby Brown. On Sunday, the 46-year-old told reporters at LAX that he is going to find the person responsible for the Bobbi Kristina Brown deathbed photos.
Meanwhile, another Bobbi Kristina Brown update is that the a recorded phone call between Bobbi Kristina's ex Nick Gordon, 26, and a friend revealed what took place when she was found face down on her bathtub January, according to The Inquisitr.
Part of the recording said:
"I'll tell you the honest truth, Krissy, she was under a lot of stress and we were all doing drugs and you know, all, all drinking, bro. She just did too much man. She, listen, listen bro. I will officially stay [away] from bathtubs forever, I'll tell you that."
Gordon is facing a $10 million civil lawsuit which was filed by Bedelia C. Hargrove, Bobbi Kristina's conservator. Gordon was accused of punching Bobbi Kristina, knocking out her teeth, pulling her up a stairwell with her hair, and stealing $11,000 from her on January 31.
As for Nick Gordon, the 26-year-old is ready to take on the civil lawsuit and prove his innocence, according to The Inquisitr. An insider said he is not worried and that he is in fact excited for the trial.
"Nick is excited for the trial in the civil case to start because he can finally tell his side of the story," according to the insider.
