Bullock, who won "Best Actress" in 2010 for "The Blind Side", was the seventh highest-earning actress last year.
Second on the list both last year and this year is Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence, who earned US$34 million thanks to the "Hunger Games" franchise.
Jennifer Aniston comes in at third with US$31 million in earnings from her role in the comedy, "Horrible Bosses", syndication pay from "Friends", and endorsement deals.
At fourth place is Gwyneth Paltrow, earning US$19 million with her role in "Iron Man 3" and, her endorsements with Max Factor and Hugo Boss.
Angelina Jolie was the top earner in 2013, but she came in fifth this year with US$18 million in earnings. She is tied with "The Other Woman" star Cameron Diaz for this position.
Other actresses included in the Forbes list are Scarlett Johansen, Amy Adams, Natalie Portman and Kristen Stewart.
Despite Bullock's hefty paycheck, Forbes stated that the combined earnings of the top 10 women on the list were still half of the total salary of the top 10 actors. Combined, the women earned US$216 million, while the men earned US$419 million.
The top paid actor both in 2013 and 2014 is Robert Downey Jr. The actor earned US$75 million this year due to "Iron Man" and "The Avengers". Downey had made an estimated US$4 billion for Marvel, not including merchandise.
Forbes gathered the said information from agents, producers and Hollywood lawyers. The figures generated were from entertainment-related work running from June 2013-June 2014.
Taxes, agent fees and other miscellaneous costs were not included in the figures.
