Expect the ruckus on Monday's UFC media day between Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier to go unpunished.
UFC Chief Legal Officer Kirk Hendrick said Jones and Cormier have clearly violated the "UFC's code of conduct" even though the fighters apologized shortly after the brawl.
"This is certainly not a proud moment for the UFC organization," Hendrick said in a statement.

UFC fighters are expected to be highly-educated professionals and very well-trained, the official pointed out.
"We expect more from our athletes, especially these two gentlemen," Hendrick added.
Hendrick also added that there will be "ramifications from the UFC for these actions."
The Nevada Athletic Commission will also be investigating the incident and might penalize both of the fighters on their own terms.
A fight broke out between Jones and Cormier during their media availability on Monday, as the fighters slugged it out right after a staredown during the photo opportunity.
Cormier shoved Jones, who fought back, and the brawl ensued. Event security tried to restrain both fighters to no avail.
Jones and Cormier have been going on each other's neck on social media, trading barbs over Instagram and Twitter. They've been calling each other names and taunted in the runup to thekir September fight.
