Sire Ma Turns to Buddhism to not Commit Suicide

Hong Kong actress Sire Ma has been caught in several scandals starting last year after being caught in an affair with China producer Wang Zi Qi who was married to businesswoman Laura Lee, followed by her recent lingerie video scandal. The actress now says she turned to Buddhism and it has been keeping her from committing suicide.

Due the mentioned events, the actress has been suffering a lot lately, both emotionally and career-wise. The TVB star has been suspended from all her activities on the network after admitting that she was indeed the one on the video and has filmed more similar to it.
Additionally, the 27-year old actress had been receiving a lot of blows from her former lover Wan Zi Qi who has released negative responses in lieu to the scandal. The producer has previously accused Sire Ma, including her mother of being materialistic and also stated that the actress was the one who instigated the scandalous videos.
Recent reports state that after the actress filed a police report for the leakage of her private videos, speculations that more of the same videos and photos will be revealed at any given time since the actress has divulged that she had filmed more videos and taken even more photos of her intimate moments with her ex-lover.
Sire Ma had been suffering from both anxiety and depression as of late. She has revealed that she had once thought of committing suicide to end the turmoil she had been in. It was a good thing that the actress dismissed the disturbing thought and has turned her attention to the spiritual aspect of her life.
According to reports, Sire Ma shared that she had been consulting with two Buddhist masters who persuaded her to take a different path so as to get rid of the negative emotions that has been plaguing her since the videos were exposed to the public. The actress also wears Buddhist beads in order to maintain clear thoughts.
