Samsung Electronics has launched another outsized TV set that seems as impractical as it is expensive.
Samsung's latest oversized "baby" is called the UN105S9W. It features a massive curved screen with a size of 105 inches and has an advanced 5K UHD display. It's only available on a build-to-order basis for a brief period.

It retails at humungous US$119,999.99, a price that's as massive as its size.
Samsung added new models just this week. These sets aren't only cutting edge, they're really expensive.
Its 78-inch fully bendable LED display that can only be purchased in Korea costs US$30,000. Samsung launched the 85-inch version of the same model during the recent Consumer Electronics Show or CES.
The bendable and expensive line of Samsung's displays works with embedded motors. The whole panel structure and bezels bend back and forth between curved and flat states.
David Jung, Samsung's QA Engineer, said the TV has a slope of 4200R or a radius of 4.2 meters on the curve of a circle.
This type of curved displays makes each part of the display screen equally distant from the viewer's eyes.
Samsung has not yet commented if it is available outside South Korea.
The technology behind Samsung's OLED display offers vibrant colors, impressive deep blacks, and wild contrast.
Business Korea, a Korean news website, said Samsung is planning to release a flexible OLED production line which will compete against LG's same product line.
