Initially, the Google music app starts to load normally on desktop, but fails to continue to music stream, instead it shows a message saying, "Couldn't play, See you again" and if a user insists on it, a final message that says "Can't reach Google play, Reload the page and try again" will surely put off the user. Reloading the page didn't show any positive result either.
While consumers think that the Flash Player may have something to do with All Access not being able to play, the Google Play Music is also unavailable on HTML5, showing similar results. Users are forced to include Chrome in their iOS/Android devices in order to continue using google Play Music All Access. Google server may reportedly have something to do with the glitch, but others claim they can play All Access in their Internet Explorer, something that may have been functional due to version disparity.
According to Android Police, Google has addressed the issue, saying that the glitch is familiar and will be taken cared. Users expect the problem to be fixed without downloading any new app to make it functional again.
Google Play Music All Access has been a provider of free music and is fully dependent on ad support in order to continue streaming radio music, according to the user's preference and genre. A user can upload up to 50,000 songs that are playable in their iOS, Androind and web for countless times. Subscribing to Google Play Music All Access will allow the user to disregard and remove ads from their streaming and download count of songs from the app.
