Playing video games for less than an hour a day makes one a better-adjusted person than people who never played video games or those who played the entire day.
Andrew Przybylski, from Oxford University, warns children that being exposed to high level of playing video games can weaken ones behavior in the real world.

While there are small positive effects when children play video games, this still doES not support the idea that by just playing video games one can develop behavioral skills in this digital world.
The researchers gathered 5,000 young participants, both male and female, between the ages of 10 to 15 years old.
The participants were asked on the number of hours they spend playing console or computer based games.
They also had to answer their life satisfaction, hyperactivity and intention levels, empathy and social skills.
Researchers found out that those children who play games daily on their free time were not as well adjusted as children who played with moderation.
They believe that this is because children who play more video games miss out on enriching activities, plus, they are more exposed to adult graphics.
On the other hand, researchers found out that moderate players are more sociable and has a more satisfying life than non-players.
They are also said to be less hyperactive, and have fewer friendship and emotional problems than most people.
