Rajon Rondo said he is excited that a lot of people are doubting the Sacramento Kings so they could prove them wrong.
He admitted that a lot of negativity can be heard about the Kings with him joining the team and with the incident between coach George Karl and center Demarcus Cousins. Karl has since said that he is confident of repairing his relationship with the team's prized center.

These talks are nothing new for Rondo.
The new Kings point guard said that in his career he had to deal with a lot of naysayers, and he enjoyed proving them all wrong.
Rondo, who along with DeMarcus Cousins, Marco Belinelli and GM Vlade Divac took a chartered plane to Las Vegas to watch just drafted rookie Willie Cauley-Stein, said that he likes what he sees in the Kings.
Rondo also revealed that his right knee had recuperated so well from ACL injury that he can't even feel which leg underwent surgery.
The Mavericks practically dumped Rondo by keeping him from the rest of the team in the middle of a playoff series. But Rondo tried to be positive about everything that transpired with the Mavericks, calling it a learning experience.
He said that Monta Ellis has become one of his best friends now--and noted that they wouldn't have even met had he not been traded to the Mavericks.
He also added that Dirk Nowitzki is one of the funniest guys he's met and that he gained a lot of great relationships in his short stint with the said organization.
He described the Mavericks as a great organization and appreciative that owner Mark Cuban was very honest with him from his first day in there.
Karl has good words for Rondo--calling him a triple-double machine and and All-Star acknowledged the point guard's leadership style that has some "toughness" to it.
The veteran coach added that he liked the fact that that Rondo is a pass-first point guard.
Karl is excited with Rondo's team up with Darren Collison--two guys that can control the pace of the game with a lot ofcreativity and minimal turnovers.
He also expects Rondo to challenge coaches like him because of his high level of knowledge of the game.
While Karl admits that the Rondo situation could be combustible--with the player wanting to be part of the decison making--he said that this could work at a high level.
