Katie Holmes showed off her body in her latest topless photo shoot with Glamour magazine.

As this month's cover girl, the "Dawson's Creek" star wore a pair of fit denim jeans with her arms placed over her chest.

The 35-year-old actress has not had an issue with baring her chest for the magazine as she did the same for the film "The Gift" in 2000 when she was only 21.

"I have done it before when I was young, the right time to do it", Holmes told E! while promoting her new flick "The Giver" this weekend.  She added, "But if the part called for it, sure, I'd do it again."

The actress then commented on how individuals should embrace themselves, particularly their creativity and their bodies.

Referring to the Glamour cover, Holmes explained how they were inspired by Lauren Hutton and her photos from the '70s that showed mostly jeans and Americana.

"It felt right. It wasn't about sexy. It was about being a woman", the actress said. She also jokingly added, "Sometimes we're topless."

While Holmes has continually set her eyes on her film career, she still considers going back to her roots-- television.

The actress, who rose to fame playing Joey in the popular TV series "Dawson's Creek", said, "TV right now is a great place to tell stories."

She also mentioned the ample opportunities in telling stories on TV along with the pros of online streaming for communicating to a larger audience.

Speaking of TV, Holmes has become hooked on a couple of hit series, such as "Girls" and "Orange Is the New Black".

When suggested by E! for her to guest star on the prison comedy drama, Holmes claimed that she could finally bare her tattoos.

But the actress took back what she said and stated, "No, I don't have any tattoos", jokingly adding, "My child would kill me."
