The Hong Kong yellow duck change its way to Nanjing?

Nanjing media published a twitter said the popular yellow duck will attend Fun EXPO in Nanjing. This yellow duck has the same appearance with the one in Hone Kong but with different size. And the copyright of this yellow duck was bought by local medium.

However, Florentijn Hofman, the designer of Rubber Duck replied that this yellow duck is not the original one, and he doesn't know how the local medium bought the copyright. In fact, the original Rubber Duck left Hong Kong on June 9th and on its way to America.
After that, the Nanjing media deleted the twitter and said there will be a yellow duck in the Fun EXPO but not the original one, it's the Mainland one.
