Real life just got more real for new mom Olivia Wilde.

Gracing the cover of Glamour magazine's September issue, the 30-year old actress shared that being photographed breastfeeding her 3-month son, Otis Alexander, captured what reality is for the beautiful star now.

She shared, "Being shot with Otis is so perfect because any portrait of me right now isn't complete without my identity as a mother being a part of that.

Wilde added that breastfeeding is one of the most natural and beautiful things about being a mother.

Not only is motherhood part of Wilde's reality, so is a future wedding with partner, comedic actor Jason Sudeikis.

Although the two are engaged, they have no concrete plans just yet, since they haven't gotten the time to actually sit down and talk about specifics.

According to Wilde, she's not in a rush to walk down the aisle because they are already committed and happy as a family. The actress believes that motherhood is actually even more of a commitment than marriage is.

They might not be the traditional image of a family, but Wilde stated that there's not one definition for "normal" anymore. Although some may criticize their way of life, she doesn't feel any pressure to change it and believes that her son will grow up in a fun environment.

She also shared that she was never worried about how she would balance a career and motherhood because her own mother was such a good role model to her. She stated that her mom was "such a badass working mother," teaching her to never forget herself just because she was a parent.

Wilde donned a dazzling Roberto Cavalli dress in her photos for Glamour, but she shared that she doesn't usually look that way. She believes in being sexy, yet maternal at the same time, but "there's usually a diaper involved."
