The Atlanta Braves are beefing up their bullpen as they make their last push for a wild card spot in the National League.
The Braves have picked up veteran relief pitcher Jason Frasor, who could certainly boost the club's bullpen as they try to extend their season in the coming games.

Multiple sources reported the development over social media, according to SI.com. Fox Sports' Ken Rosenthal broke the news, followed by Dave O'Brien of the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
Frasor, who last played for the Kansas City Royals, held a 1.54 ERA in 23 1/3 innings before the club designated him for assignment. He later opted on free agency after passing through waivers.
In his 26 relief appearances, the right-handed Frasor produced 18 strikeouts but had a WHIP of 1.67 because of the 24 hits and the 15 walks he allowed, according to Fox Sports.
Frasor, who turns 38 on August 9, was acquired by the Royals from the Texas Rangers last season.
Nonetheless, Frasor's experience could give the Braves a glimmer of hope as they rally towards the upcoming post season.
Atlanta has the second-worst bullpen ERA in the majors, and their chances of making an appearance in the playoffs became a tad dimmer after they lost their closer Jason Grilli for the rest of the season after sustaining a ruptured Achilles tendon.
Grilli's likely replacement Jim Johnson doesn't have the numbers to make the Braves confident in their remaining games. Johnson has a 7.09 ERA and a 1.950 WHIP last season, but he has improved remarkably this year.
In the 43 innings he played this season, Johnson improved to .209 ERA.
Still behind seven games behind the Washington Nationals in the NL East, the Braves have a 42-47 card and can still make the wild card if they do well in their next six games.
The Braves also recalled outfielder Joey Terdoslavich from their Triple-A affiliate Gwinnett to boost their chances as they make a final push in the pivotal second half of the 2015 season.
Atlanta also signed veteran lefty Ross Detwiler, who joined the team on Friday alongside Frazor
Suiting up for Texas before being released on Wednesday, the 29-year-old Detwiler pitched 0-5 with a 7.12 ERA in 17 games, including seven starts. He had been pitching for Washington from 2007-2014.
