Lee Kwang Soo has earned quite the reputation as the betrayer in the Korean variety show, "Running Man." However, some fans call Kwang Soo "Asia's Prince." Regarding his nickname, the 30-year old actor shared his thoughts, claiming he is "undeserving" of such a title.

Apart from being known across the world, particularly in Asia as Giraffe, Lee Kwang Soo is also known as one of the popular Hallyu stars by the name of "Asia's Prince." He's starred in a number of commercials in Malaysia, China, and Hong Kong.

While the title "Asia's Prince" would be given to the likes of handsome Hallyu stars like Lee Min Ho or Kim Soo Hyun, fans of Kwang Soo had dubbed him "Asia's Prince" because of his charm and friendly demeanor.

According to Korea Biz Wire, Kwang Soo's "humble appearance and quirky sense of humor" appealed to the Chinese. Thus, apart from Korean fans, Kwang Soo has a bevy of Chinese, Indonesian, and Malaysian fans. Regarding his title, "Asia's Prince," Kwang Soo recently spoke up about it on a report by Soompi.

"I'm undeserving [of that nickname]," stated Kwang Soo, adding, "I think people are able to see me in a friendly way, just like a friend or younger brother, and also like me only because people overseas love and support the program 'Running Man' so much."

"I am taking part in filming every week with a thankful heart toward the 'Running Man' cast and staff members. I will continue to work hard with a thankful heart in the future in order to not fall short of everyone's expectations," added the Giraffe during the 2015 Korea Open conference.

Recently, Kwang Soo celebrated his 30th birthday by the beach with Chinese star, Lynn Hung. Hung shared a romantic photo of them by the beach on her Weibo account. Both are currently the celebrity couple for China's version of "We Got Married," called "If You Love."

Aside from starring in the Chinese variety show, Kwang Soo is set to appear in the eight city tour of "Running Man." He along with Yoo Jae Suk, Song Ji Hyo, Gary, Haha, Kim Jong Kook, and Ji Suk Jin visited Hong Kong last July 3 for the "Running Man" fan meeting.
