Just when you thought she couldn't get any more awesome, Dame Helen Mirren shows us how twerking should be done - the classy way.

Dame Helen Mirren guested on "Live with Kelly and Michael" on August 5 to promote her new movie "The Hundred-Foot Journey". But, not only did the elegant actress promote her movie with that prim-and-proper British demeanor of hers, she showed host Michael Strahan and guest co-host Maria Menounos how twerking should be done.

Kelly Ripa was absent for the day.

Mirren narrated her twerking experience when the theater society at Harvard University gave her the Hasty Pudding Woman of the Year Award.

The actress narrated how it would've been so embarrassing if she didn't know what twerking was when she was asked to do her classy interpretation of the body gyrations.

The hosts showed a clip of Helen Mirren at the award ceremony last January, where she also agreed to play charades with the Queen s of England.

Hesitant and flustered, Mirren was caught on camera, saying, "I refuse to do it. Oh God, this is very difficult. Oh, F**k." The audience was in hysterics and the Dame obliged, much to the amusement of the audience.

"So you do that, and you know somewhere down the line, you'd be sitting here, watching it," Mirren stated.

Former NFL superstar Strahan laughed uncontrollably after the clip was shown and shared, "and I gotta say, as a twerking expert, I have to say that was very, very good."

Mirren couldn't let the opportunity to learn more about twerking from the self-proclaimed expert. "Show me, show me," Mirren said.

Menunous was laughing hard as Mirren and Strahan showed the audience their own twerking style.

"That's terrible," Mirren laughed.

To which Strahan commented, "It looks so wrong, but it feels so right."
