Chicago Bulls top offensive threat Jimmy Butler believes that he should be the guy the team should count on both on the floor and as a leader, according to ESPN.
Butler noted that the Bulls need a someone that can be a little bit of everything and that has to be him.
While he acknowledged that while the team has a lot of different leaders such as Joakim Noah, Pau Gasol and Derrick Rose, it is now his turn to lead after stepping in and making a name last season.

Named to the All-Star and awarded the league's Most Improved Player, Butler was also invited by USA Basketball to next month's minicamp in Las Vegas, according to ESPN.
Players for the 2016 United States Olympics team that will play in Rio de Janeiro will be selected from that camp.
Butler also shot down talks that there was tension with backcourt mate Rose, and that the latter has always been very supportive of his aggressive stle in both defense and offense.
He added that the 2011 NBA MVP has always been in his corner.
CBS Chicago reported in May that tension occurred between the two players on account of Butler's emergence as the team's top scorer.
The 25-year-old Butler top scored for the Bulls with 20 points per game while Rose returned after two injury-plagued season to average 17.7 points in 51 games.
NBC Sports noted that if there was tension around touches and shots in ex-coach Tom Thibodeau's system, the up-tempo, motion offense of new coach Fred Hoiberg would allow everybody to get touches.
Butler added that someone came up with the story because of the bitter manner the season ended for them--losing to the Cleveland Cavaliers in the second round after taking a 2-1 series lead.
However, Butler there were teammates he didn't get along with in his four years with the Bulls, although he didn't reveal who those teammates were.
But one thing is for sure as faras Butler is concerned: Rose was not one of those.
Butler also said that while he didn't hang out with Rose off the floor, he doesn't believe that's a problem.
