An Oklahoma teen accused of raping and molesting Kenyan children was ordered on Tuesday to remain in custody.
Matthew Durham was arrested in July after Kenyan authorities said he raped and molested orphans, ages six to ten, during a mission trip in Kenya.

Durham, 19, was released on Monday by an Oklahoma judge in exchange for a US$10,000 bond.
The agreement stated that his father would be Durham's custodian, would be in a 24-hour house arrest and must surrender his passport.
After Durham was granted bond, U.S. prosecutors and United States District Judge David Russell have stepped in and filed for a permanent detention.
The appeal claims that Durham is a "danger to the community" and a flight risk. It requested that the teen should remain in custody without bail while awaiting trial.
The appeal also quoted Durham during his video confession as proof that he poses a threat to everyone.
The video showed that Durham is powerless against his inner demon whom he named "Luke."
"It takes me at night and I am powerless over what Luke wants. Yes I named him, I know how crazy that is. He whispers in my ear all day and he is so hard to resist," Derham said in the video confession. "You honestly have no idea...I've prayed so much, but every night Luke gets what Luke wants."
The motion for Durham to remain in custody pending trial revealed more evidence that he poses danger to the community.
One attachment to the appeal includes Durham's text messages that said he will burn down the house of the founder of an orphanage.
However, defense attorneys said that Durham's confessions were made under duress. The attorneys said that the orphanage would not give Durham food and his passport if he did not confess.
The U.S. government alleged that there are no possible conditions that can "assure the appearance of the defendant or the safety of the community," which is why he should remain in custody.
