Media attention has not stopped over the Kourtney Kardashian Scott Disick breakup since the couple made it public this month. Disick was allegedly seen with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in France pushing Kardashian to split up with him.  

Now reports by People said sources describe Disick as "spiraling out of control" after he moved out of the Kardashian home. He has allegedly been spending a lot of time partying in his bachelor pad in Beverly Hills where groups of women have been seen entering the pad.

"He's in a black hole. It's a whole lot of darkness where he's at right now," sources told the news site.

Two weeks ago, the source says Disick's assistants were seen moving his things out of a mansion he shared with Kardashian and their three kids. He then moved into the pad that he reportedly bought earlier on as an investment.

Kardashian, on the other hand, has been spending time with her children fiver-year-old Mason, three-year-old Penelope, and seven-month-old Reign. She has also been seen with her sisters Kim and Khloe shooting for their reality TV show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

"She seemed happy to be with her sisters," the source told People.

According to Mirror, rapper Kanye West, husband of Kim Kardashian, has reached out to Disick for a heart-to-heart talk, urging him to get his act together and to get help for his alcohol and excessive partying issues. "Man up and go to rehab," West was quoted as telling Disick.  

After their talk, TV3 reported Disick as checking in to a rehab facility in Boca Raton, Florida, early July, but he left after only six hours. Sources said West has been helping his sister-in-law Kourtney care for her three children after the breakup.

Meanwhile, reports said that Disick has signed up for a nightclub appearance following a string of cancellations after their highly publicized breakup.
