(Photo : Photo by Stephen Brashear/Getty Images) U.S. Sen. Patty Murray (D-WA) (C) speaks during a press conference at a Planned Parenthood Clinic February 3, 2012 in Seattle, Washington. The pro-abortion group have come under fire after videos were leaked showing Planned Parenthood officials discussing the harvesting and sale of fetal tissue.
A small anti-abortion group has - for the second time in just two weeks - released a video showing a Planned Parenthood official discussing a range of prices for obtaining tissues acquired from aborted fetuses.
The video, released on Tuesday, was secretly recorded and edited by the Center for Medical Progress. The California based anti-abortion group has repeatedly accused Planned Parenthood of illegally trading fetal tissues for profit - a charge the non-profit outfit has denied.

The New York Times reported that pro-life activist David Daleiden is behind the viral 8-minute video. It shows Dr. Mary Gatter, the Medical Director of Planned Parenthood, negotiating with actors posing as representatives of a fetal tissue procurement company.
The video, which was recorded on Feb. 6, appears to have been filmed in a restaurant booth. It shows Dr. Gatter discussing fetal tissue prices and different abortion procedures that will provide the clients with more complete specimens.
"What would you expect for intact [fetal] tissue," the actors asked Dr. Gatter.
"Well, why don't you start by telling me what you're used to paying!," the Planned Parenthood executive responds.
"You know, in negotiations whoever throws out the figure first is at a loss, right?" Dr. Gatter continued.
She later suggested selling a specimen for $75 each, after saying "I just don't want to lowball."
Although Dr. Gatter insists that Planned Parenthood is "not in it for the money" and that "money is not the important thing," she continued negotiations. She said that the price per fetus "has to be big enough that it's worthwhile for me."
According to the Daily Mail, even though the negotiations settled at $100 per fetus, Dr. Gatter wasn't convinced. She insisted on inquiring how much other clinics charge per fetus.
"Let me just figure out what others are getting and if this is in the ballpark, then it's fine, if it's still low, then we can bump it up. I want a Lamborghini!" she said.
Trading in human fetal tissue is a federal felony, and if found guilty suspects can face a decade in prison. However, it's not illegal to be compensated for procuring tissue samples.
The video, uploaded on YouTube, shows Gatter assuring the actors that she will talk with a surgeon to perform the abortion in a way that will keep the organs and body part intact.
"I wouldn't object to asking Ian, who's our surgeon who does the cases, to use an IPAS (manual vacuum aspirator) at that gestational age in order to increase the odds that he's going to get an intact specimen," she said.
CNN reports that it is a violation of both federal laws and medical ethics for doctors to alter the timing and method of abortion with the aim of procuring intact fetal tissues.
Despite the videos, Planned Parenthood said Tuesday that the authenticity of the second video cannot be proven. The first video sparked outrage among different rights group and in Congress.
"Nobody can tell exactly what was discussed because of extremely heavy editing, the agenda of the activists who produced it, and the fact that the original footage has not been made available," Eric Ferrero, Planned Parenthood vice president of communications, said in a statement. "What we see on this tape is a woman who says 'we're not in it for the money,' and that any money must be related to reimbursement for costs."
"Planned Parenthood admits they harvest aborted baby parts and receive payments for this. Planned Parenthood's only denial is that they make money off baby parts, but that is a desperate lie that becomes more and more untenable as CMP reveals Planned Parenthood's business operations and statements that prove otherwise," Daleiden said in a press release.
