What does the biggest basketball star in the NBA today do on his free time? Do movies, apparently.
Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James along with his production company SpringHill Entertainment are joining the Warner Bros. lineup for various television, movies and digital content. The Los Angeles Times reported that this was announced last Wednesday, just after his highly successful turn in the Judd Apatow and Amy Schumer romantic comedy, "Trainwreck."

Initially, this means that Warner Bros. will get distribution rights to any video creation released by LeBron James. However, many fans are speculating that this could mean that the world is getting a step closer to the return of Bugs Bunny and the rest of the Looney Tunes as basketball superstars. Despite being shot down a hundred times already, the children of the nineties still hold out a lot of hope for "Space Jam 2" to happen. With the acting chops that the basketball star showed in "Trainwreck," CBS Sacramento reported that "Space Jam" trademarks have been renewed just last month, thus showing an even bigger clue that the revival of the 90s classic might happen.
The digital content partnership does mainly involve everything the Cavs star appear in will be handled by Warner Bros., but at the same time, the undefined statements can also mean motion picture partnerships, which cannot be understated because LeBron James himself tweeted that he is excited to share some amazing stories with the Burbank studio in tow, Huffington Post reported.
In hindsight, though it does raise the possibility of James starring alongside Bugs Bunny, Warner Bros. is a studio comprising different studio entities. It is possible that James will soon explore the possibility of Hollywood, if not stay there, which, based on his comedic timing alongside Bill Hader and Amy Schumer, seems just about right and is highly welcomed.
