'Batman Arkham Knight': New PC Patch Update To Launch On August; Rocksteady Working On A Superman Game?

According to Digital Trends, Rocksteady Studios is currently developing an interim patch update for "Batman: Arkham Knight" for the PC platform due to the many complaints that players have experienced in this version.

Techno Buffalo further adds that players have experienced several glitches within "Batman: Arkham Knight" such as sporadic in game freezes, slow framerate, low resolution texture bugs, hard drive ditches, many audio sound glitches and full screen rendering issues.

Gary Lake-Schaal, vice president of game technology in Warner Bros. Interactive announced the the interim patch will serve as a good fix for the in-game issues present since June 27 update and will launch the update on August 2015.

Lake-Schaal further adds that more details about new patch update for the PC will be announced very soon, so PC gamers should watch out for the latest announcements.

Warner Bros. stated before that they will have a re-launch of "Batman: Arkham Knight" for the PC and it also caused a delay in the release of "Batgirl: A Matter of Family" DLC and will launch it after the PC version is already in full working motion.

Aside from the new PC patch, VG 24/7 has reported a new easter egg for "Batman: Arkham Knight" which involves the Dr. Kirk Langstrom a.k.a. the Man-Bat.


In the gameplay video, when players already catched Man-Bat during the "Creature of the Night" side missions, they must adjust the date within their PlayStation 4, Xbox One or PC platforms on October 31. Players will notice that Man-Bat will suddenly show up on the rooftops within Gotham.

The players will hurry back to the GCPD headquarters and they will eventually find out that Man-Bat escaped his cell.

Lastly, there have been rumors making rounds that Rocksteady is making another game based on a popular DC character.

Cinemablend reported that Rocksteady could possibly make a Superman video game after the Batman Arkham series from a report from Attack of the Fanboy.

The website stated that freelance animator Kieran Turan updated his LinkeIn profile saying he is working on a game for the Man of Steel.

Moviepilot also reported that Warner Bros. Games Montreal, who is responsible for "Batman: Arkham Origins," also wanted to test their luck in making a Superman game soon.

So far, Warner Bros. has not yet made a statetment regarding the rumord Superman game.

"Batman: Arkham Knight" is currently available in stores for the PS4 and Xbox One as PC version will relaunch in fall 2015.
