(Photo : Reuters) Bill Cosby has sued one of his alleged rape victims Judy Huth, who has filed a case against the comedian claiming that he assaulted her when she was just 15 years old in 1974.
Bill Cosby, 78, has lost a bid that could have fought allegations against him about a sexual abuse case in 1974 where he allegedly abused a fifteen-year-old at the Los Angeles Playboy Mansion, reported Euro News.

Bill Cosby lost the bid Wednesday as the California Supreme Court denied his petition to review the case.
According to Gloria Allred, accuser Judy Huth's attorney, said that the court's decision clears the way for litigation. Huth, now in her 50s, can proceed taking Cosby's sworn deposition in the following 30 days.
"We are looking forward to Mr Cosby answering questions under oath at his deposition," said Allred said. "It's a very big victory."
Neither Cosby nor his lawyers have responded regarding the latest loss. Since the beginning of the case, his camp has constantly denied the sexual abuse allegations, reported Reuters.
The latest loss for Bill Cosby came after the comedian's defense team made a new public relations blitz. Various news outlets that include "Good Morning America" and "The New York Times" held interviews with Bill Cosby's new lawyer Monique Pressley. She said the media have been biased with regard to the separate sexual assault lawsuit and deposition testimony that was settled in 2006 and was made public only this month.
Pressley added that the deposition has revealed embarrassing details about Bill Cosby's activities a long time ago, but his sworn were not in any way an admission of sexual encounters since they were all consensual.
Huth's complaint against Bill Cosby is only one of at least four civil lawsuits pending about the comedian's sexual encounters. According to Allred, however, Huth is the only one who sought for damages when it came to Cosby's alleged sexual misconduct.
The other cases against Bill Cosby are defamation suits accusing the entertainer of falsely branding the women as liars since he denied ever having assaulted them sexually, according to The Guardian.
Bill Cosby losing bid with the Los Angeles Superior Court judge comes weeks following excerpts of a deposition was released by a Philadelphia federal judge. The excerpts came from a separate sexual assault case from former Temple University employee Andrea Constand, whom Cosby has settled with for an undisclosed amount.
