Yes, "Fallout 4" is definitely coming and that's massively good news for fans of the franchise that would have waited seven long years for the successor to Fallout 3.
The sequel to the highly acclaimed and award winning Fallout 3 released in October 2008, Fallout 4 is thus one of the most anticipated games around.

Launch date for Fallout 4 is unconfirmed but is speculated to be in the fall of 2015. It should be previewed at E3 2015 after missing out on E3 2014.
Video game developer Bethesda Game Studios has at long last given patient fan gamers a ton of good news by confirming it has plans for the title, said KDramaStars. A Bethesda public relations officer said the company is definitely planning for Fallout 4.
The eagerly awaited news that Fallout 4 is a go was broken by Reddit user GNR_Informant who popped the news that Bethesda is currently making Fallout 4.
The Redditor claimed he knows a public relations guy working at Bethesda and said this guy divulged information about the game. The information was then shared with Motoring Crunch.
The Redditor said the game will be set in Boston and will be somewhat of a straight sequel to Fallout 3. Fallout 4 will feature a small number of returning factions.
From what it sounds like, "The Institute" is pretty much downtown DC or the New Vegas of the game.
"Boston is going to be unlike anything we've seen in a Fallout game before, with buildings more on par with cyberpunk and retro-futurism," said GNR_Informanth.
He added that the Institute is very advanced in terms of technology. The Institute has probably built or obtained a Garden of Eden Creation Kit to be able to establish a farm in the nuclear wasteland.
The game is heavily influenced by the presence of androids.
The railroad is a faction from Fallout 3 and its enemies are dubbed "the Plantation." The Plantation is a group that forces androids to work farms so people can have supplies of food.
Fallout 4 has a tough act to follow since Fallout 3 was so huge.
Set in a post apocalyptic world of 2277, Fallout 3 received critical acclaim from many reviewers.
It had an average GameRankings score of 92.79% for the Xbox 360; 90.69% for the PC and 90.60% for the PlayStation 3.
It received praise for its open-ended gameplay and flexible character-leveling system. The V.A.T.S. system was described as "fun." V.A.T.S. stands for Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System.
