Justin Bieber showed his caring side in a sneak peek clip from Knock Knock Live last Tuesday.

The 21-year-old "Where Are U Now" singer showed some good behavior when he surprised a father and a son with down syndrome in a Knock Knock Live clip. In an article by Daily Mail, the popular singer made a surprise church visit to meet a father and his son Noah who has down syndrome.

The new Fox show which is hosted by Ryan Seacrest aims to surprise unsuspecting American families armed with live camera. The chosen families could also win a massive amount of money. In the clip, Justin was seen going on and saying, "I'm actually here to see my boy Nikia and his son, Noah."

"His son actually has down syndrome and I'm kinda just here to give them some love and hopefully be able to bless them," Justin added.

According Entertainment Tonight, Bieber's purpose of visit is to the father and son is to be able to serve as a channel of blessing. During Justin's surprise visit, Noah performed an amazing rap onstage while the singer cheered and clapped along.

"For me, being able to just witness that, it almost brought tears to my eyes," Bieber said in the clip.

Just Jared reported that right after the surprise, Justin his special thanks to Ryan Seacrest for guesting him in the show.

"Something really special happened to me on #KnockKnockLive this Tuesday. Thanks @RyanSeacrest," Bieber posted.

The clip ended as Justin gave Nikia a present and praised Noah's daddy for raising awareness about kids with down syndrome.

"It's so amazing what you're doing for this little guy, you're raising so much awareness for kids like this and I actually have something for you," Justin said.

Bieber was not done with his good deeds as another clip showed the "Beauty And The Beat" singer surprising a young fan. The short preview showed Justin picking up Ashley, a young fan dressed in pink ball gown. Little did the lucky teenage fan know that the singer is surprising her with a Quinceanera for her 15^th birthday.
