Screenrant reported that PC gamers will have a chance to make a new several game mods within "Fallout 4" for the PC and Xbox One platforms. This speculation was first hinted after the release of a "Fallout: New Vegas" mod titled "Fallout: The Frontier."

Certainly good news for PC enthusiast and fans of the game series; however, Bethesda made it clear that their priority is to finish "Fallout 4" first and release it in the market on November before creating tools for gamers to make mods out of it.

Hines further adds that Bethesda Softworks prime concern is ironing out several bugs, refining and perfecting "Fallout 4's" framerate, as he stated that there is a need to do so or else gaming fans will not care about having PC mods if the game is awful.

Hines also stated that "Fallout 4" was "basically done" before it was official announced to the public and right now any last minute tune ups within the game will no longer be needed as Bethesda is now focus on marketing and promoting the game, IGN reports.

VG 24/7 reported that Bethesda's Todd Howard noted that "Fallout 4" will have less violent solutions that are present within "Fallout 4's" storyline.

Howard stated that gamer's can avoid "killing" anyone in order to have different play styles, but that does not guarantee that they will not engage enemies the whole game.

Lastly, Forbes has reported that Bethesda announced that they will no longer make the limited Pip-Boy Edition of the game due to the lack of resources plus its high demand is decribed as "insane". The "Fallout 4" Pip-Boy edition cost around $350 for gamers who have already pre-ordered the game in the early months.

"Fallout 4" is scheduled to be release on Nov. 10, 2015 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
