In a report by Daily Mail, the singer has been working so hard on his next album that he sometimes feel down because he wants everything to turn out perfect.
"I've been working a lot in the studio, just trying to have a consistent sound - a cohesive sound. I get in my head a lot, and I get kind of depressed because I want it to work so badly," Bieber said. "I want people to love it. I want to inspire people. Sometimes I wonder, 'Is this good enough? Is this the direction I want to go?' I had kind of a rough week last week. I get in my head and I don't want to get out of bed sometimes."
According to Ryan Seacrest's website, the singer also revealed his next single. Justin will be releasing his new song "What Do You Mean" on August 28. When asked what the song was about, Justin said that it's about girls when they are hard to read.
"Well, girls are often just flip-floppy. They say something and they mean something else. So . . . what do you mean? I don't really know, that's why I'm asking," Bieber answered.
In an article by Washington Post, host Ryan Seacrest dug in deeper about the message of the song and its relation to Justin's personal life. Seacrest asked if girls usually tell the singer what they mean.
"They don't always tell me," Bieber admitted. "I mean, I don't really know. That's why I'm asking "What do you mean?" You know?"
Last night, the singer was guest in Ryan Seacrest's show "Knock Knock Live" where he surprised a fan and gave her a belated quinceañera party. The singer even slow danced with the teenager and gave the mother a shopping spree and $10,000 for medical bills.
