According to Computer World, Adobe said that Microsoft Windows 10 could be going down well with the consumers. Adobe is making the claim after analysis of social media metric that shows a positive vibe in favor of Windows 10. These metrics have been developed after carefully analysis of three million mentions in blogs, social media portals and a series of other online platforms. The duration for which Adobe is taking the social media mentions into considerations is the last thirty days. On accumulation of data, Adobe classifies them into various categories, which include happy, sad, and various others. Depending on the score in each category, the general sentiment is established.
As per this analysis, Windows 10 has gathered a positive response from 40 percent users, 20 percent of the users have also expressed surprise while 6 percent have expressed anticipation. On the other hand, Apple's upcoming operating system has managed just 46 percent users in the admiration category, which is quite close to the numbers registered by Windows 10.
Additionally, Windows 10 has only 30 percent users who have shared the sadness emoticon as opposed to the 35 percent that Apple has registered in the same category. These figures also indicate that Microsoft's CEO Satya Nadella's words could finally be coming true. The top authority has often mentioned that the new operating system by Windows is an effort to develop a stronger emotional connect with the consumer. The purpose is to encourage people to love relying on Windows, instead of just choosing it.
Another report on Financial Times also said that the new operating system develops a stronger connect with the consumer by making work easier.
