"Post It Girl" Gigi Hadid graces the cover of W magazine and opens up about the modeling industry as well as the topic of nudity.

The 20-year-old American model Gigi Hadid covers for the September issue of W magazine. In the interview she did, the blonde bombshell said that she has always viewed modeling as a business.

 "I have always been aware of the business side of this industry. I've always seen it as a career that required work and planning," she said in her W magazine interview.

In a report by Daily Mail, the blonde beauty said that posing nude for Tom Ford perfume definitely helped her career. With regards to being nude, she confessed that she has no problem with it as long as it's for work's sake.

"I've never been scared of being naked in pictures, but I wouldn't do naked for naked's sake. With Tom, it was an easy decision. When you think of scent, you don't think of clothes. In the beginning, I thought Tom would not want to know my name," Gigi said. "But he made a space for me in the high-fashion world. When Tom liked me, other jobs followed."

In an article by Huffington post, Gigi was dubbed as "a model of the digital age" and mentioned she is "spectacularly connected" thanks to her millions of Instagram followers.

Inside the glossy magazine, she also spoke of the balance of high-end and mass market work. Hadid said that doing high fashion and commercial modeling is what makes her job interesting.

"My Pirelli calendar is hanging on the wall of my friend's frat house, and he doesn't know anything about fashion. That balance is what leads to big campaigns outside of fashion. But I never want to choose one or the other. Both commercial and high fashion are what make my job so interesting," said Hadid.

Gigi is the daughter of real estate mogul Mohammed Hadid and "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Yolanda Foster.

The model is currently in a relationship with singer Joe Jonas. Before that, she was previously in an on-off relationship with Australian pop singer Cody Simpson.
