RnB singer Chris Brown might have to face a custody battle for her daughter Royalty. Nia Guzman, mother of the 1-year-old said that she doesn't trust Chris alone with their baby.

In a report by celebrity website TMZ, Nia Guzman, the mother of Chris Brown's baby said that she fears the safety of her daughter when the 1-year-old is alone with her dad. The mother reportedly requested a judge to only allow Chris Brown to see Royalty when someone else is around.

According to the rumor mill, Nia filed legal documents for a "supervised visitation." In another article by Entertainment Online, Chris Brown also filed documents to be able to establish paternity on Royalty. It is believed that Nia doesn't trust Chris's' capabilities to care for the child as he is "too irresponsible" to watch over his daughter. Guzman is also asking for $15,000 a month for child support.

Chris reportedly doesn't want a supervised visitation right while Nia is seeking full custody of Royalty. The judge has not yet ruled the matter.

As of late, the singer has been posting pictures of Royalty on Instagram. Over the weekend, he shared a picture of his daughter with the caption, "The best thing in my life #QueenRoyalty."

A few months ago, he also posted a picture of his little lady with a caption, "I honestly never knew I could love someone as strong as I do. I'm gonna give her the world."

His daughter is based in Houston and the singer reportedly tries to see her all the time. He previously encouraged Nia to move to California so that he could be closer to Royalty. And while they share a child, Brown and Guzman have no interest in dating which "makes things easier."

Meanwhile, Hollywood Life reported that Chris Brown's ex-girlfriend Rihanna is willing to stand in court in favor of the rapper. Riri is allegedly willing to defend Chris Brown since she considers the custody battle as a power play.

"She doesn't understand why any woman would try pull such a low level childish stunt like this," a source revealed.
