A disorderly conduct case against three people who threw empty bottles at Taylor Swift's Rhode Island mansion was scrapped. Prosecutors let the three off the hook regarding this case.
Reports say that the case against Michael Horrigan, Tristan Kading, and Emilly Kading was scrapped last Thursday. However, the three had to pay a certain amount in order for the case against them to be dropped.

It has been reported that each of the three had to pay US$100 and the payments were given as proceeds to a crime victim's fund. The fund is said to be given to a financial aid for victims of violent crimes.
The three were said to have been drinking last June 15 and that's when they tossed the empty bottles and cursed the security guards who were present in the area. Swift was reported to have not been home in her mansion when the incident happened.
A statement from Tristan Kading, one of the three people arrested, said that they had no ill will with regards to Swift or her mansion. They just happened to be drinking in the area when things got out of hand due to drunkenness.
He also said that they did not want to flip out on anyone. He said that they were actually showing the "peace sign" which was what Swift did in her music video regarding the song "22". Judges did not believe this and they fined the trio.
Swift has not given out any official statement regarding this. However, it seems that Swift is in good spirits lately. She has visited children at a hospital and sang them songs. Also, she has been teasing about her latest single for the past days. Her fans are going crazy as she has been leaving a lot of clues in her social networking accounts.
