It looks like new details and possible spoilers for "Transformers 5" movie have been revealed regarding a new villain being introduced in the big screen and a spin off title after the sequel.
Gospel Herald reportedly claimed that Optimus Prime and the Autobots may confront the planet destroying Transformer God, Unicron in the fifth Installment. Vine Reports further adds that Unicron could take over leadership within the Decepticon ranks from Galvatron, the reincarnated form of Megatron, leaving the question as to whether the former Decepticon leader would team up with Prime in order to fight a common foe.

It was previously reported that several characters are being introduced in "Transformers 5," such as the Quintessons, which were rumored to be the creators that Lockdown spoke of during the events of "Age of Extinction" movie. Ultra Magnus, Red Alert and Override are being considered to join the Autobots, while Scourge, Blitzwing and Cyclonus would become the new Decepticon warriors joining Galvatron.
"Transformers 5" will be directed again by Michael Bay after rumors that his replacement could be "TMNT" director Jonathan Liebesman, and Mark Wahlberg will be reprising his role as Cade Yaeger in the fifth installement.
Rumor has it that the story script for "Transformers 5" will be divided into two parts as a poll of writers were revealed to handle script such as Ken Nolan, Geneva Robertson-Dworet, Christina Hodson, Lindsey Beer, Andrew Barrer, Gabriel Ferrari, Robert Kirkman, Art Marcum, Matt Holloway, Zak Penn and Jeff Pinkner, Day Herald reported.
Aside from the new characters, there are also rumors that a "Beast Wars" spin-off film will be in the works very soon.
According to Movie News Guide, "Transformers 5" head writer Akiva Goldman has teased fans that a "Beast Wars" spin off film will likely happen after the fifth movie.
Goldman stated that the spin off film could happen if one of the writers were able to discover the affinity for "Beast Wars" in future projects, as they can drive forward on treatments that would have fleshed out by the whole room.
Ecumenical News reported that Goldman wanted to dig deeper into the world of "Transformers" in hopes of understanding more of the history and mythology of the Transformers franchise, from its toys, shows, comics, films and other forms of media.
"Transformers 5" is scheduled to be release in cinemas on 2017.
