Highly acclaimed movie developer Akira Toriyama is heavily involved in the development of the movie. It is also the first movie in the "Dragon Ball Z" series to be shown as a 3D, The Latin Times reported. Fans of the series are excited about the movie as it can be seen in 3D, which will impart a whole new flavor to the "Dragon Ball" experience.
Sean Schemmel will be doing the voice over for Goku, Chris Ayres will be doing the voice over for Frieza, and Christopher R. Sabat will be doing the voice over for Vegata.
The character of Frieza died back in the "Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods" movie and is living in hell for almost 10 years now. All of his minions are working together to collect each and every dragon ball for summoning Sheron.
Sheron will then help them to resurrect Frieza and will bring him back from hell. Eventhough Frieza was resurrected several times before, he was brought back in pieces and not as a whole. Hence, the new movie will be about Frieza becoming powerful and gaining strength. He will reportedly turn into "Golden Frieza" and raise an army which will be 1000 strong. His ultimate goal is to eliminate Trunks and Goku.
Meanwhile, Goku is also preparing to fight Frieza. If he wants to beat Frieza, he, along with Vegata, must take the Super Saiyan form. This form will allow them to become Super Gods and achieve a lot of powers, enough to beat Frieza and his 1000 strong army.
Fans who want to see the premiere need to move fast as the tickets are in short supply. Advance booking is suggested for the weekends in order to avoid disappointment.
